Church-Wide Theme

“Advancing the kingdom of God through our walk ,our work and our witness"

 Theme Scripture:

“Then I told them of the hand of my God which was upon me; as also the king's words that he had spoken unto me. And they said, let us rise up and build. So they strengthened their hands for this good work. But when San-bal lat the Horo-nite and To-biah the servant ,the Ammonite and Geshem the Arabian ,heard it they laughed us to scorn, and despised us ,and said, What is this thing that ye do ? will ye rebel against the king? Then answered I them, and said unto them, The God of heaven ,he will prosper us; therefore we his servants will arise and build:but ye have no portion nor right, nor memorial, in Jerusalem." Nehemiah 2:18-20

I greet each of you in the name of the Savior who presents to us the opportunity for us to have a lifetime as well as an eternal relationship through his atoning death and his resurrection, Jesus Christ. I am pleased to present to you the Strategic Congregation Church -wide Plan (SCCP), which has evolved from this Pastor being in dialogue with the Official Board of Faith Baptist Church (FBC) and through congregational concerns expressed to the Deacon Ministry.

By embracing this theme we as a church family are establishing the perimeters by which our future endeavors will be conducted for our kingdom work. Within this Strategic Congregational Church- wide Plan you will find five (5) areas which have been selected as the target areas in which our ministry work will be centered and focused over the next three years. These target areas consist of the following: Congregational Worship, Congregational Enrichment, Congregational Evangelism, Congregational Outreach, and Congregational Administration. Each area has goals, strategies, ministries that must work together to complete the strategies scriptural references ,and a schedule for planning to begin.
